Not having used an embroidery service before I was mildly apprehensive about who I should use to produce our club logo onto a badge. Especially as I was looking online where you're never 100% sure what your money is actually going to get you.

Any doubts I may have had were soon put to rest as staff at the embroidery depot were polite, professional and very helpful to our requirements. The quality and craftsmanship of the work was grade A, as indeed was the sample sent out to me with which I was able to make my decision to continue down the road of doing business with the Embroidery Depot.

I will certainly be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

We stumbled across embroidery depot via a search engine. I had a few reservations about using an online service as it is often impersonal. I needn't have worried! From the outset Alan was in constant touch via e-mail updating us on the progress of our order and offering advice on colour schemes etc, even though we had quite a small order, nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful, very quick service. Once we had agreed on the design, our order arrived within a few days.
